• Developing candidate questionnaires and surveys (Coordinated with Technology Committee)

• Obtaining candidate contact information and ballot information

• Distributing candidate questionnaires and coordinating candidate responses (Coordinated with Communications Committee)

• Researching and evaluating candidates

• Reviewing candidate qualifications, experience, and positions on key issues

• Preparing candidate vetting materials and recommendations for the Advisory

• Board endorsement process

Responsibilities:

• Supporting social media content and digital outreach initiatives.

• Assisting with the creation and distribution of graphics, promotional materials, and event content.

• Contributing ideas, content, and information for newsletters and member communications.

• Identifying website information that may need to be added or updated and assisting with content as needed.

• Capturing and providing photos, videos, and other visual content from RVTX meetings, events, and activities.

• Assisting with the distribution and promotion of press releases, public announcements, and organizational news.

• Helping promote RVTX events, initiatives, endorsements, and voter education efforts.

• Supporting consistent RVTX messaging and branding across communications.

• Sharing ideas and identifying opportunities to expand RVTX’s reach and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting poll workers, poll captains, and election volunteers

• Coordinating volunteer training and election preparedness program

• Supporting Early Voting, Election Day, and Runoff Election operations

• Managing election volunteer assignments, scheduling, and communications

• Developing election operations resources, guides, and reference materials

• Coordinating election-related volunteer activities and outreach efforts

• Conducting post-election evaluations and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Planning and coordinating RVTX events, meetings, and programs

• Managing venue selection, setup, and event logistics

• Coordinating event volunteers and staffing needs

• Managing registration, check-in, and guest hospitality

• Coordinating speakers, vendors, and event partners

• Managing event details including decorations, refreshments, and attendee experience

• Conducting post-event evaluations and recommending improvements (Coordinated with Communications Committee)

• Managing budget oversight and financial planning

• Supporting financial reporting and record-keeping

• Ensuring PAC compliance with applicable requirements

• Supporting campaign finance reporting processes

• Maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
